a. Noir Femininity is a lifestyle for feminine black women. Often times we are thought of as strong and independent, eliminating the thought that we are multi-faceted people with emotional and feminine qualities that are overlooked. This brand of clothing should allow women to outwardly express who they are to the world. We are versatile, feminine, youthful, lively, lovely, etc. This brand is one step in recapturing our beauty in more than a way of strength.

2. Is this just for women of color?

a. No, this is not just for women of color, but it is definitely speaking to women of color. All people are welcome to partner with us in spreading the word of this lifestyle.

3. Do you offer any guarantees?

a. We guarantee you soft, beautiful, and unique clothing that speaks to who you are and who you are becoming.

4. What is the Noir Femininity Lifestyle?

a. The daily feminine lifestyle black women live that embodies grace, love, gentleness, life and passion. This is a lifestyle of embracing your beauty and poise as you move throughout the world. We are more than our strength and tenacity. We are Noir Femininity.

5. Do you have more products?

a. Yes, we do! We will be expanding our website and products monthly.

7. What are the shipping costs?

a. We charge $5.00 for each order placed for shipping costs.

8. When will my order be shipped?

a. We ship items within 1-5 days from receipt of order. Please allow time for USPS mailing.

9. Can I return my unworn item?

a. We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. The 10 days start from the date of delivery. Please see the page titled Policies for more information.

b. Items returned in unworn, acceptable, and the same new condition with a postmark within 10 days after delivery will receive store credit at the product's price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including shipping).

10. What if my package is lost or damaged?

a. For damaged and lost packages, there must be proof provided for those packages. When that information is submitted to sandy@noirfemininity.com, then store credit may be issued for the order placed.

11. How can I pay for my Noir Femininity apparel?

a. Payments can be made via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all debit/credit cards are accepted.
